| A 19th century white pottery child's plate with a brown transfer showing three cats, one in a basket, one with a ribbon at her neck and another looking on. They are an obvious cat family and have the human expressions made so popular by Louis Wain. The series of his drawings was done by Allerton around 1890 and are highly collectable today. | ||
