| An early creamware ABC plate decorated with a brown transfer and with brown trim. A cherub is standing behind a bushel and emptying apples into it. surrounding him are bunches of grapes. Time for Harvest the message seems to be. these plates were used as teaching aids and also were tokens of affection. this plate was probably given to a 19th century child as a birthday gift.
