A beautiful and rare necklace of yellow jade beads with a 14k gold clasp. 19th century these beads are about 12 mm These beads are almost 5' long and look great when the strand is doubled. A nice warm color. If I had one accessory to choose this year, this would be the one.
A sautoir of amber beads in various shapes. Round, cylindrical, octagonal finished with a 3" long qnd 1" wide piece of carved amber. All pieces are of matching color and the strand is 34" long when worn. Of course the entire necklace is 68 ". The beads have an irridescent quality to them and they look wonderful when worn doubled. A very unusual piece of amber jewelry. C 1900
