A beautiful pair of 18K gold and diamond Victorian buckle earings. The buckle motif was very popular in Victorian jewelry and is repeated in rings and bracelets. Nothing like the rarity and condition of these earings will come along in a long while. They are very special. When worn there is a right and a left, and they are a full 1" long and that bloomed gold I love but so rarely see in Victorian jewelry.

A wonderful 18K scarecrow pin with hardstone and semi precious stones. The pin is exceptionally well made and is stamped Ross 18K. One exactly like this one was sold by Sothebys in the Jacqueline Onassis sale. Whimsical, and with beautiful gold work, this pin is a delight. It measures 2 1/4" long and 1" in width. The stones are emerald, ruby, tourquise, aquamarine and a black jade.

A wonderful Victorian necklace of tortoiseshell links with a decorated pendant of tortoiseshell with the initial A. The pendant has been hand carved and is 3" long and 2" wide. The necklace is 14" long and does not have the original clasp, it has long gone. It closes with a hook and eye and is very well done. It is illegal to sell tortoiseshell or to import it except as antique pieces and this is highly regulated. Popular in the 19th century it is a wonderful accessory to todays fashions and not often seen.

A sautoir of amber beads in various shapes. Round, cylindrical, octagonal finished with a 3" long qnd 1" wide piece of carved amber. All pieces are of matching color and the strand is 34" long when worn. Of course the entire necklace is 68 ". The beads have an irridescent quality to them and they look wonderful when worn doubled. A very unusual piece of amber jewelry. C 1900
